Musa satisfied with security forces in stand-off

LAHAD DATU: The actions of some parties who politicizing the situation of the intrusions by a group who claimed to be the Royal Sulu Army in Kampung Tanduo, about 130km from the town could worsen the situation as well as the negotiation.
State Chief Minister, Datuk Seri Panglima Musa Aman in a press conference here yesterday said he felt disappointed towards the opposition’s action that taking opportunity to politicize this issue and creating assumptions that the government are not concern towards the situation.
“Situation is under control and I was satisfied with the security forces work in handling this situation. The security forces are showing high spirit and provide full commitment on this issue.
“Our government is a reasonable government and we are ready to discuss on any issues as it was the appropriate approach and the action taken by the authorities are to avoid bloodshed and the loss of life,” said Musa.

However, Musa urging the group to return to their country peacefully as it violating the international laws and the government do not want anything to occur that may force the security forces to take any action as there is no other alternative.
